De-fragmentation is a process used in bringing back scattered files found in the hard disk back to its normal position.
How To Defragment Your Hard Disk

➡ Type Defrag and click enter.
➡ A pop up will appear, click on analyze.
➡ After analyzing, there will be a result indicating the total free space, used space, and scattered files.
➡ Click on De-fragment.
NOTE: It takes a lot of time for system to De-fragment
➡ Update anti-virus.

This is a kind of problem that occur due to improper preventive maintenance that will need to be resolved. It could be resolved through trouble shooting.

➡ List out the possible solutions.
➡ Implement the solutions.
